How it works

  • You send us the custom information from the client that will make their event unique including:

    1. The name of the “Race Venue” (e.g. ACME Company Downs).

    2. Names for each of the races.

    3. Names of the “horse (stable) owners” for each horse in each race.

    4. If the client would like to name the horses then you will also need names for the horses in each race.

    There are 6 beautifully animated horses in each race. Our professional announcer goes into the recording studio and does a voice over using the names of the horse owners.

    1. As guests enter, they will each receive a custom race program.

    2. when the races are ready to be run you announce the event and explain the process to the guests.

    3. Guests simply go up to one of the windows and select one horse in each race.

    4. The staff at the window will check the box (with a colored marker) next to the horse selected.

    5. Play the race!

    6. After each race, the guests who chose the winning horse go back to the window and get a prize drawing ticket.

    The simplicity enhances the excitement and high energy of the event!
